Right to Access

Clients have the right to obtain information on how their personal data is being processed.  The data controller should provide a free electronic copy of personal data to clients.

The GDPR clarifies that the reason for allowing individuals to access their personal data from us, is so that they are aware of and can verify the lawfulness of us processing  that data. A fee can be charged when a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, particularly if it is repetitive.  A fee can also be charged to comply with requests for further copies of the same information.

Most of your data can be viewed & downloaded from our Client Portal.  If you are a subscriber to our newsletters, you access your personal information in the subsciption portal.  All other information will be provided by us when requested, without delay and at the latest within one month of receipt.

If you have any questions or concerns in regards to your business and GDPR compliance it is strongly recommended that you contact a professional GDPR lawyer.
