We like to keep our servers as secure as possible. But sometimes issues occur that are beyond our control. Most of these issues involve clients who don't keep their website software up-to-date, who leave their websites open to being hacked. If you are on a shared server (not a dedicated server), you are more suspectible to these breaches. In the event of a breach we will notify everyone on that server. If we are breached, we will notify all our clients. If a client has the offending website that has caused the breached, it will be suspended & isolated until fixed without notice. All clients have the option of maintenance plans that will keep their website software up-to-date & prevent breaches.
